Checkbox not working

I just created a worksheet that has many checkbox columns, however, they appear as regular text. My older sheet still show the check box. Is this a system issue right now or something new?

The boxes will appear once something is entered into the row.

Disable Comments for a single Sheet?
Is it possible to disable the use of comments on a single sheet? Or is there a way to get an alert to someone, perhaps sheet owner/admins or a special group when there is a comment added?
AI icon disappeared
I noticed the AI icon disappeared and I am unable to use AI in my sheets.
Why am I not getting a workflow notification email when I trigger the action?
A notification is triggered when I or one other person enters a date in a field. When the other person enters the date, we both receive the notification email; however, when I enter the date, the other person receives the email, but I do not. The other person is the owner, I am an admin if that makes any difference.
