Combining columns with the same name from two sheets into a report

If I want to generate a report and I have a "responsible person" column in each sheet, is it possible to combine them on the report? They are not in the same place on the sheets, but currently the report has separate columns coming from the two source sheets

I'm not fully following, but if you have 2 sheets (or 2000) that have the exact same column name (exact!)… yes they will come into a single column on the report. That, fundamentally, is the entire point of what a report is meant to be.

Thanks! I realized that the columns were not exactly the same and now that is fixed.
