Linking the project timeline

How do I point the overdue tasks and Project Tracking Rollup to the project timeline that I renamed within the project folder? I am able to do this in metadata, however I do not see where to make that change elsewhere.

HI Paul, thanks for writing back. The file that is on top and circled is the name of the timeline. However the Overdue and Project Tracking is pointing to the file called Project Plan. I have been able to link the correct timeline to the metadata file and the project intake sheet, but I cannot find a way to redirect the other files to the correct timeline. I hope this helps.

The reports would just be opening each one up and adjusting which sheet they are pulling from.

The other sheets would depend. Cell links would need to be manually changed, and cross sheet references would need to be updated.

Do you need the "IFR at Apex" file to be separate from the "Project Plan", or would you be able to adjust the data in the Project Plan to match and then just use that?

Hi Paul, I was trying to change the cell links in those sheets, but it was unclear how to do that. I did change links in other files such as metadata etc., but I cannot figure out how to do it in the other files. Technically I could use the Project plan, but I like changing the file name to make it relevant.

Hi Paul, If there are instructions on where I can link the Overdue sheet and rollup sheet to the correct timeline, I would appreciate it. I can always ask tech support.
