Email Addresses with .net

Hi Team,

When adding email addresses to contact list, I am receiving 'Please enter a valid email address' for any that end with .net.au

Does Smartsheet not support this extension?

Hi Mark,

Just tested this in my account and it worked fine.

It's likely that your organization has restricted this domain on for everyone in your account. There's a security control called Approved Domain Sharing List that your System Admins may want to modify to allow that email domain to be added to your contacts.
