Help with a formula

I have two identical formulas except for a different cell reference. One works just fine, the other gives me an Invalid Data Type Formula. I can't find the issue

Try wrapping all YEAR and MONTH functions in an IFERROR statement:

IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = 2024

IFERROR(MONTH(@cell), 0) >= 1

IFERROR(MONTH(@cell), 0) <= 3

Thanks, Paul. That may be an elegant way of writing the formula…but it still doesn't explain why I get no error message in many other cells with the formula as written and I get an error message in other cells. Can you help me explain that?

Did that adjustment get rid of the error in those other cells, or is the error still present?
