Trying to share a Gantt schedule with our subcontractors

Hi,

We are having trouble sharing Gantt schedules we created in Smartsheet. Each time I share, they still cannot access the schedule without creating an account. Is there an option? I tried publishing the sheet and they still don't have access.

@BC Custom Homes what settings did you use in your publishing? This one should allow anyone to see it.

Thank you! I did try that. Some users were able to view the schedule and then others weren't.

Ask your system admin how they set the "Dashboard Publishing."
