Why are some templates not showing up for me

I am working with another team member. They had a free trial version and accessed the templates on this screenshot. When I look for them, the templates, are not find-able. Or they don't have a smartsheet equivalent, download version but not in smart sheet. Any guidance in why it would show up like this, looking as if it's available as a smart sheet.

The sheets I'm missing as templates, 1) daily/weekly inspection report, 2) contruction timeline (I found many versions but nothing that matches this name and what I get in smart sheet vs download are different), and 3) change order requests summary.

I could be wrong but those look like they're just sheets that are named "template", not official smartsheet templates.

When I download a "template" after having searched for one on smartsheet or even google > directed back to Smartsheet, it doesn't actually save in Smartsheet as a template but a sheet. I have to actually save what i've downloaded as a template after modifying the sheet.
