Cannot add a comment to a post in Community

I have put comments on posts many times, so hopefully, I just haven't lost my brain today. But when I go to put a comment on a post, there is no option to do so. Help?

Just scroll down the page where you'll see lots of comments, and at the end of the page you'll find the comment box section.

LOL - Thanks for sharing. The list is 15 pages long already. No wonder that I didn't see it.

Looks like an opportunity for improvement. Posting an idea next.
