How do you use Smartsheet in a Learning & Development Enviroment?

I am relatively new to Smartsheet, and I never knew how robust this product was and learning everyday! I'm curious to know how you utilize Smartsheet in a Learning & Development enviroment. Please share your feedback and examples (if you are able) I'm looking to be inspired to how to leverage Smartsheet next.

@Andrée Starå I have had the opportunity to review the templates available I appreciate the suggestion. I also am in search of some real-world examples and use cases for inspiration and insight on the best way to utilize Smartsheet in this capacity.
