Sharing doesn't allow user to View?

I've shared my sheet with folks and only those with a free or licensed instance of smartsheet can see it. When one user tried to create the account to log in and view the sheet, they received an error message.

    Can the user navigate to the sheet from within the app (versus using the link in the sharing email)?

    If they're still getting an error, please reach out to Smartsheet Support with the email address of the users and the URL to the sheet.
