How can I make my Smartsheet refresh automatically?

I'm new to Smartsheet and have been surprised by a prompt that says my smartsheet hasn't refreshed in 10 minutes! Can I set a default for auto update/refresh every 2-5 minutes? Thanks for any insights you can share!

Is it saying that it hasn't refreshed in 10 minutes, or is it saying that it hasn't been saved in 10 minutes?

There are some options within the personal settings, but they only apply when there has been a certain amount of time inactive. If you are actively working in the sheet, there is no auto-save feature (depending on the frequency of your updates).
