I'd recommend one of the following solutions.

1. 3rd-party service, Zapier
2. Smartsheet API
3. Premium App/Add-on, Bridge
4. Premium App/Add-on, Data Shuttle

Some suggestions will not be in real-time, but they could work anyway.
