Variance not rolling up to parent rows

Hello-
Can someone help me figure out why my variance isn't rolling up to these two rows (parent/ grandparent) please?

It will also take into account your critical path and whatnot. Sometimes tasks shifting do not always shift the overall end date of the project for various reasons. It looks like that may be the case in this particular instance.
