An error has occurred and the smartsheet.com team has been notified.
Hello Everyone,
For the past few days users are experiencing an error while accessing smartsheet. I am attaching an image of the actual error.. does anyone know if its widespread? Any ideas on how to resolve it?

You can check for widespread issues from the Status Page, here:
There were no incidents recorded on August 29th. I would personally suggest going through the checklist on this page to see if it helps:
Testing:
- Internet connection
- Browser (incognito & different browser)
- Browser Extensions
- Different computers
If none of this helps, you can open a ticket with the Support team through the Support Portal. Make sure you list out the results of the bullet points above, send them the emails attempting to access the sheet, and the Sheet URL.
