Chrome No Longer Allowing Sign In

Hello,

One of our users is struggling to sign into smartsheet via Chrome having successfully managed this for a long time previously. Smartsheet is presenting a messaging saying a 10 character password is required however they can access their sheets fine via Edge.

Is this a security change for Chrome?

I am not having any issues, and I have always (and still am today) used Chrome. Have they made sure their version of Chrome is up to date?
