Automation - Any Changes when Price Greater Than

Hi - I am unable to get this automation to work. I would like to send a notification to someone when a row has any change made to the data (or comments & attachments) when the "JO Volume" is greater than $1,000,000. I have revised this workflow multiple ways, and I cannot get it to trigger a notification. Any idea what I am missing here? Thank you for your help!

Start by checking your personal settings to make sure that you will receive alerts from updates you make. If that is not the issue, how exactly is the [JO Volume] column being populated?
