Data shuttle not seeing my file

Hi,

I have two files in a location on OneDrive. I have a test file and another real file that I want to upload using data shuttle. When I connect (no prob connecting to OneDrive), however, it is only seeing one file. Note I created the test file in the screenshot, another user created the second file but I have access and can open it. Just not in Data Shuttle.

It's the file format - the "missing" file is an .xls file in Office 97 format which is quite old. DS works with .xlsx files.

@Brian_Richardson Does Data Shuttle not recognize XLSM files? I am trying to connect to a couple files on SharePoint. When I try to connect the files, I see the folders in the same location but not the 3 .xlsm files. Is there a work around that I can do? These files do not belong to me, so converting the file type is not an easy option. I am only trying to connect to them to pull their info into Master document in Smartsheet.

I'm not sure Kristen, sorry. I'd make sure you have the access rights, if they aren't showing up then it's likely that XLSM isn't supported, but you'd need to reach out to Support for an official answer on that one.

Data Shuttle requires data downloaded in CSV, XLSX, or Google Sheet format for uploads. You can find more details on Data Shuttle here: Data Shuttle FAQs.

Thanks for the info. It unfortunately does not solve my problem without a manual intervention which is not how I would want to handle this situation. Are there any requests to have this feature upgraded to other file types? Excel Macros are used quite frequently, I feel like this is a big miss.
