Updating Data manually in a Report within Control Center
We are not able to manually update the data in a report within Control Center. When trying to save any changes, we receive the "Sorry, we are having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now…." error. The same report works correctly outside of Control Center with projects that are not in control center.
We have tried deleting and recreating, deleting cookies, and we have a ticket in with support. Wanted to know if anyone else has seen this.

When you say "in Control Center" do you mean in a Portfolio Workapp?
I haven't seen this personally. If you already have a ticket open for it, that's the best path. Not expected…you don't have to do anything to make reports work in Portfolio Workapps (via Control Center or otherwise).

These are reports pulling data from Projects that were created using control center.

Ok got it. Same answer though - Control Center is just copying sheets and setting up cell links for you, amongst other functions. It doesn't change how reports function. If your report isn't working, I'd open a ticket.
There was a backend outage a couple of days ago, so I'd check again and see.
Sometimes we get this error also when there's just an absolute ton of rows or columns. Reports can pull in more than the sheet limit of 20k rows/500k cells so sometimes they get so big that Smartsheet backend just times out when you're saving. So you could try limiting the scope of your report and see if that helps.

That makes a lot of sense but there is only 1 project that the report is looking at at the moment as we are in the beta testing phase of our launch.
