Gant chant - timeline bar

Hi All,

Is there a way of hiding the timeline bar behind the holiday period? (See above snippet), so as to avoid confusion with project team.

Short answer ,no. It's a project standard to show a Gantt bar spanning Start to Finish. Where it spans over colored areas for non-working days, you just ignore it knowing that you're working the white areas.

You might find that Timeline View works better for your project teams or leaders to understand the overall flow of the project.

Or you could break up every task that falls on a weekend, but that's a pain in the neck and you'd have to constantly keep an eye on the tasks to re-adjust them if dates slip.
