Two Way integration with Teams

I have a team who is looking to use the teams channel notifications to communicate when there is a new "case" (customer complaint) they love the ease of use of chat that the teams channels posts reply. They are looking to create something like what I'm about to describe

  1. Notify teams channel of new case
  2. The team comments & drops pictures, etc into the teams post as a reply
  3. All that data & the workflow somehow makes it back to smartsheet to update the row.

I am trying to test around with seeing if there is some way to trigger responses to return via the API, or see if we can create a link back to that direct row in smartsheet so they can post updates.

Any thoughts here on a clever work around here. The user has some team members who aren't likely to be inside smartsheet much, so they want to try to keep as much as possible in teams/ update requests.
