Embedded forms not returning to top of page after submission

I have a long form embedded on a Wordpress page (Divi) and when the form is submitted, it stays at the bottom of the, now blank, page. The "thank you for your response" message is at the very top. How can I get the page to scroll back to the top of the page upon submission?

I also tried using the "Send the user to link" option and created a separate "thank you" page, but with this option, it does the same thing and simply frames the new page within the form's iframe. Is there a way to send the user to the other URL without framing it on the same page as the form?

I am likely misunderstanding your question but if your goal is to simply have the form reload on the page where you have it embedded have you tried selecting the option on the form to reload the form upon submission? Apologies if I am misunderstanding but here is a link that may be helpful:

  • Thanks for your response, but I don't need the form to reload for another submission, I just need to either:

1- Send the user to the "Thank you for your submission" page that I created, but in another tab.

    or

2- Have the page return to the top so they can see the "Thank you for your submission" note there.

As it is, when they submit they're stuck at the bottom of a long blank page. The thank you note is at the top, but they don't know that because they can't see it.

When I tried the option to send them to a URL, it's just framing the "Thank you" page I created in the same spot at the top of the page, so they're not seeing that either.
