Smartsheet for tracking Business Licenses?

Hello, I am looking for a Smartsheet template to help manage and track business licenses for our 200+ restaurant locations. These are health licenses, business licenses, etc. which expire annually and need to be renewed. Looking to track by location, and also set up alerts for renewal dates.

Don't know if this is still an open request, but I built a template for tracking any recurring requirements. You specify the frequency of the recurrence, the number of days for which you want advance notice and who is responsible for taking the action. It will send them notification the specified time in advance, a second reminder two weeks before the due date, and if not completed yet, on the day it is first late. I would be happy to share with you if interested.
