How do I give access to unlicensed viewers in Dynamic View after Trial ends?

Hello,

I am hoping to give viewing access to our customers using Dynamic View with restrictions to contact only viewing capabilities, but I'm running into two issues.

1. I am unable to share the Dynamic View to anyone outside my organization despite having ownership of the report. How can I add users with view-only permissions under "Sharing" in Dynamic View to users outside my organization?
2. How can our viewers still access the Dynamic View report after the trial ends? Is there a way for them to sign up for free without it being a trial? They will need at least 6-9 months of viewing to our Dynamic View report.
