Automation Unable to find certain Workspaces
I have several workspaces, created at different times for different functions. To clean up my historical sheets that I have, I want to create an automation to copy rows to a historical sheet in a completely different workspace that my team is unable to see. I have found that I can only see certain workspaces in the automation field, even though I am the owner of the workspaces that I am looking to automate to. I am able to move individual rows manually to a specific workspace but unable to automate the same action to that same workspace.

In your question you keep saying "move rows to a workspace"… just checking to make sure you're not trying to search the workspace name? You need to move rows to a sheet, not a workspace. And therefore should be searching for a sheet that you created already in the destination workspace. Move rows will not create a sheet.
If you have a destination sheet, and it was created shortly before you tried to setup the automation, sometimes it takes a bit before the search indexing happens and the sheet appears in your search results for the Move Row automation action.
If it's been a while (like…more than 5 minutes) since you created the destination sheet, you've refreshed the tab that you're working in, you've verified that you have Admin to the sheet, and you still cannot find the destination sheet, then I'd raise a ticket. You definitely should be able to see all destination sheets that you have admin to.
