Is it possible to set up a workflow that moves an entire sheet or report once certain parameters are reached?

For example: if SheetA hasn't been opened in the last 3 months, can it be automatically moved to an "Old Data" folder in the same workspace?

WORKSPACE PANEL - Automatically open when going to a new sheet / report / dashboard
This panel seems to automatically be open when navigating to a new sheet / report / dashboard in the directory. Is this a change? Is there a way to deactivate that being open automatically? thank you, Dave
