'Scale to data values' not working for certain graphs

Hi, I have line charts created with data points being percentage values. Randomly one day, the vertical axis auto scaling stopped working on those charts. Even with 'Scale to data values' toggle kept ON. Wasn't the case for many months until that day. No changes done by me to cause this.
Also, interesting to note that the auto scaling works when the data points (in %) are large values, but only does not work when the data points are small. And my line charts only have lower % values!
Auto scaling also seems to work (even for lower values) when using stacked charts (column or bar), but not on regular line, bar, column charts. To be able to manually set vertical axis limits would've been great, or to take this back to how it was before!

I'm also having the same issue. My graphs have lower % values that I need appropriately scaled. Is there a way to manually set vertical axis limits?

Help - I am facing the same issue. Suddenly started happening and now all my percent graphs are not scaling and are unreadable.

Its ONLY happening with values that are a percent. if I change the value type to a number then the scaling works.

Here are examples of the exact same graph. All I changed from the first to second was the value type from percent to number … and the scaling started working.
