Sheet with Formulas - Data entries from Form

I would like to create a sheet with precalculated fields in it and when data is submitted using a form, the sheet can take the entry and calculate the field automatically as it lands on the sheet.

For simple example. A form that says I want a qty of 3. The sheet has the formula already on it that has the price and is able to multiply the price x the qty.

Is this possible?

@kgardner2024 you can add some logic but all data must be predefined so you can not calculate… sorry
