Admins not able to save as new in workspace

Hello!
Our team is new to Smartsheet, and just getting set up. We have created a workspace and created a folder that each member should copy and save as new for the start of a new project. Each of our team members have been added to the workspace with Admin rights. I set the workspace and folder up, and am able to save the folder as new, but none of my team can save as new. They receive a message that says permission settings are preventing access. What settings am I missing?

@Vanessa T. great to see that you are new in the community , do you just want to copy the folder ? Do you have sheets inside ? Do you know that you can create templates? Are you able to share some screen shots?

Thank you! We have sheets and reports inside, so we didn't want a template. For some reason, it threw an error sign, but the created folders showed up later. Not sure what the problem is, but we are able to work, so that is a good thing!
