Summarized morning checklists?
My program has three morning checklists that are completed on a daily basis to ensure systems are working properly. I currently have a sheet built for each checklist with a form feeding each one. I want a report to be triggered when all three checklists are submitted and for that to be sent to a specific person. Each sheet has different columns but are either Yes/No answers or free form text. What's the best way to generate a consolidated report that's triggered to initiate an email only when all three checklists are submitted?
Ideally, the report summarizes the sheets and only indicates the free form text AND/OR if a question is answered "No."
