Undeleting an accidental deletion

Help - I have accidentally deleted a Smartsheet. I have found it in my deleted items. However I cannot restore it as it comes up with a message 'You do not have access to this item- permission settings are preventing access to it, or it may have been deleted'. What do I do?

It's in the owner's trash and they have to undelete it.
