Has anyone been using Smartsheet for Property management (residential project management)?

How many projects - units? trying to set up our system however not sure if I am going on the right path

Smartsheet can be used for residential or commercial construction project management. I have worked with a client before in configuring Smartsheet for a large commercial development project. If you can share your issue/concern, I can try to address it.
