Is there a way to rearrange fields in submission approval screen?
Currently when a user submits a form, I get an email notification (which no longer shows all the fields, not sure why they reduced this) with a button to see the full form submission in the browser with an Approve/Reject button. Is there a way to re-arrange the fields on this submission screen? They seem to be ordered randomly or not sure, but they definitely do not match the order shown on the form itself.

It may be related to the order the fields appear on the sheet itself. Check there as well as in the Approval Workflow automation for what fields are configured to be shown in the email.

How is your notification configured in the automation? If you have chosen the "include selected fields" option that would explain why you don't see all the fields and could also be responsible for the order of fields displayed. Just a guess, hope this helps.

I have "Linked to sheet and all fields" selected.

Sorry, I am not aware of any way to re-order the fields as they appear in the email, however one workaround I can think of is to manually add the fields you wish to see into the body of the message using {{}} tags with the field names in them. You could set that up to look like a table format as well, then change the option to send only the message. Would that work?
