I just created a form and tested it out, and it seems to be working on my account.
Can you try closing down the form, opening it up again, and then try setting the phone country code again?

Thanks, but it still doesn't work. I presume that it's a bug cause the mask is the same for USA and CAN. It works with any other country tho. I'll report it to SMARTSHEET.
