IS THERE A WAY TO GROUP PER WEEK?

I am trying to group per week on a report so like it would say " week of mm/dd/yy - mm/dd/yy" or just "mm/dd/yy = mm/dd/yy"

You can create a helper column with that text in there. I assume your column has a date in it, you will need to use a formula to determine which week that date belongs in. You can calculate that on the fly by taking the date, figuring out the date of the previous Sunday and the date of the next Saturday, or you can create a lookup table with every date in it going out years into the future (and past I suppose) and then looking up the range when a date is entered.
