Why is the 3rd row always returning an INVALID VALUE with this formula?

My overall goal is to capture the delta between the line items on a day to day basis. If tomorrow it's 15,000 (in the green highlighed column), I want the colum to the right to show 868 (15k - 14,132). Then keep going every time a new row is added (automated from another spreadsheet).
