Send Row Function

I am looking to be able to send row with the same columns selected each time. My team currently has to manually select each column they want to include and it is always the same set of columns. Any way to do this?

What about a workflow set to alert someone when a certain condition is met? You could create an "Assigned To" column and also have the workflow reset that column after it runs. Something like the below:

I was toying with this idea. I could create a send row check box that they click that then automates the row with the correct columns to their email and then can then send from there.
