Column Formula - Populate data from 1 cell down each row.

Hi SMEs and friends,
BLOT: I need Client Name (field value in [Project Task]2) and Client ID (field value in [Project Task]3) to populate for each row in [Client Name Helper] and [Client ID Helper] columns. This will be used for reporting and dash build out at a later time for a few hundred clients. I don't know much but I do know backtracking wouldn't work. Screen shots below.
- =[Project Task]2 and =[Project Task]3 works for one cell. When I tried to make it a column formula it failed giving me a syntax isn't quite right error. Related article hasn't helped besides telling me I can't do that; can't make sense of the INDEX function it suggested.
- AI told me to use the same formula but no dice.
- Screenshot shows data there because I manually copied the formula down, but I know that will break if/when new rows are added. It's a solution in a pinch but I'd rather learn to do it right.
Appreciate any and all help. PS I have a few hidden rows in screenshot if that matters.

If you want the same value in every row in the sheet and want to use a column formula, could you put the two fields into the sheet summary and then reference that?
