Sharing workspace to user without license

Is it possible to share the workspace with a user who doesn't have a license? I have already shared the link and added them as an editor, but they are still unable to view it. Thank you!

We often need to share our project Gantt's with client PM's. so even though the person doesn't have (or need) a license, they still need to create a Smartsheet account to access the sheet. Make sure they've signed up for a free Smartsheet account using the email address you shared the sheet with.

If you've added them as an Editor, they should be able to view and edit the sheet. Double-check their permissions in the sharing settings:

Ensure that the person is accessing the sheet via the link and email associated with their Smartsheet account. If they're using a different email address, they won't have the necessary permissions.
