Forms and Templates

I have created a project template, which consists of several sheets (deliverables, schedule, action lists, etc.) used on a project. One of the sheets is the "Project Intake Sheet", which has a "Project Intake Form" that will have some pertinent information and will feed some of the data in the other sheets.

When I open this Template, I see all the listed sheets, and then do a file save as new on the this template whenever I have a new project.

Once I have saved as a new project, I have to open the "Project Intake Sheet" and then navigate to the "Forms" section from where I then select the form and fill in the relevant information on this project.

My Question:

Is it possible for me to have the "Project Intake Form" show at the main Project Level similar to all the other sheets, reports, etc.?

    Hello,

If you use the button on the left (not the folder button) but the folder button with people inside :)

you can also see the forms in this sheet. This is something that smartsheet brought recently.

In my case the BCE Project request is a form.

Let me know if it helps.
