can't summarize my report

I have a number of columns on my report but the one column i need to group by, "Job/Batch for Issue", does not appear as an option in the summarize dropdown… what can i do?

Hi @Brandon Morales

The column you want to group by should be in your report. Grouping and Summarizing is not available for multi-select dropdown columns and you can't summarize in Primary column.
