Decline Workflow Comments
I'm creating an approval workflow, and I'd like to have the approver enter comments if the workflow is declined. I'm not sure how to set this up. I automatically see the approve or decline selection buttons, but I can't find how to add a comment box.

You can have the comments box enabled in your approval workflow for the approver to provide their comments. That said, there's no way to make the comment mandatory in the approval process. If you want to get a comment for sure, you will need to add a Latest Comment column and trigger another workflow if the approval status is declined with Latest comment being blank to push back an update request workflow to get the value. The drawback is, if there are other comments in the row, the workflow won't be able to figure out if the comment relates to the approval workflow or just an ordinary comment.
