This link has already been used or was canceled. Smartsheet bug.

I set up a Smartsheet automation to request approval by email. It worked without any issues for a while. However, recently when the recipient opens the request and opens the attachment, the system automatically declines the request and displays the message "This link has already been used or was canceled." Please let us know how we can get this bug fixed.

    If you're sure that it is not a user error, you can raise a ticket with Smartsheet support for them to fix the issue - https://supportportal.smartsheet.com/s/
