I am so frustrated I feel like tearing out my hair! I created this automation:

I want to send an email that has all the fields with the information vertical to flow like an email. It worked fine for a week but now I am seeing this:

So I only see the first few columns and nothing else. How do I get it back to the way it was originally doing…a vertical flow of content in an email!?

This is happening because 2 records are being sent by the autmation at the same time as your trigger is running at a set time rather than immedaitely.

Not sure why it was able to do it vertically before if there was more than one record meeting the trigger?
