We are experiencing a significant issue with our Smartsheet used for audits. Currently, only three managers have direct access, while the remaining 26 team members submit their insights through an automated update request workflow.
Recently, team members have encountered a persistent message stating, "Smartsheet has been upgraded to a new version. Please reload this update to continue." This is problematic, as they must complete around 60 updates per day. When they reload the page to submit their updates, they often lose the information they have already entered.
Can anyone provide insights on how to resolve this issue or identify its cause? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
