Smartsheet for NonProfit Animal Rescues

Hi Everyone - I'm brainstorming how an animal rescue could use Smartsheet. We have several spaces that members document details in, primarily google sheets, an online animal rescue portal, and excel.

We want to get better organized, use automation, and most importantly, dive into more data analytics to help with fundraising and improving the rescue.

Does anyone have experience with using Smartsheet in this type of setting and any good tips etc?

Smartsheet would be a great option for you. It replaces Google Sheets and Excel nicely and the format looks the same for the most part. There is a price to Smartsheet though so for a non-profit I would see which license type fits in those regards, and then go from there.

Yes, consolidating multiple tools into one Smartsheet would work perfectly. I recommend looking at the available templates in the solution center, but if what you have is already ok, it could be imported and adapted to work with Smartsheet.
