Why is Smartsheet Requiring Login for Users with the App on Public Forms?

I have same issue, my form is public and if a user has the Smartsheet app on their device it is REQUIRING the user to log in to their account - WHY? It should not require log-in for a public form.

What is the solution?

The forms have an option to turn on "Require Login" . It's in the Settings tab when editing the form. Check to make sure that's turned off.

The other option may be that your system admin for Smartsheet has turned on "Only people with a Smartsheet login" or "Only people in your account via the Safe Sharing List" restrictions on forms. That will force login. You'll have to discuss with the sysadmin if you want that changed to "Anyone with the form link"
