Use AI to find similar text (questions) in a sheet

I have a column with various questions (Hundreds of them). I'd like the Smartsheet AI to analyze them for similar questions. How do I do this?

Hi @Just Rob,

I’d recommend using the “Generate Formulas” section of the AI tools for this - you could type in something like “Review [First Column Name] to [Last Column Name] and check if they contain similar text, return values if true”, and then apply the provided formula to a new column. 

I found that the formula provided when I tried the above returns values when a column contains the entire value of another cell in the same row, but not when the values in both cells were similar. However, this prompt could be a starting point, and you can adjust the wording to get a formula that suits your use case better - it will depend on the exact values in your cells. For example, you might want to specify a certain text string to look for within all columns, and then you might type in “Review [First Column Name] to [Last Column Name] and check if they contain “Text String”.”
