Unable to display chart after data shuttle run

I have problems with Charts that are build on sheets that are being filled via a data shuttle from external source.
I can create the charts without any problems but each time the data shuttle has run the connection to my data source breaks and I get the message 'Unable to display chart'.
After editing the graph and selecting the same data source it works again but only until next data shuttle run.
The sheet that is filled by the shuttle remains unchanged so I wonder why it breaks.
Are there any sheet or shuttle settings to be considered?

Try building your charts from reports of the underlying sheets instead of the sheets themselves. I've not encountered the Data Shuttle issue you're running up against but I have run into the chart error from time to time on charts built directly on sheet data and I've never had a problem with a chart built on a report.
