How to add automation for task due date when project due date is delayed?
Looking to add automation for task due dates (i.e. push back 1 week) when project due date is delayed (i.e. push back 1 week).

There isn't an automation that can do that. However, if you have dependencies enabled on your sheet, you may want to think about structuring and chaining your dependencies so that your tasks are directly affected by the project's due date.
A work back schedule might look something like this:
and then when you change the project's due date, the tasks move forward or back accordingly:
A work forward/ASAP schedule might look like this, where you link a starting task to the project due date and all subsequent tasks follow a dependency chain from that start date.
