Update on this? Hard to believe it's not possible to freeze the "title" row?? This has been possible since the dawn of time in Excel - I would be glad to be WRONG!??

This is still not possible. There is a Product Enhancement/Idea submitted here if you would like to upvote it. It's already on the roadmap for 1.5 years now.
